Listing is for a decal set. Decals are on clear material. They are older decals and there is some fuzz around the edges of the decals stuck to the backing paper. I do not know the origin. Full neon fluorescent decals. The top tube decal is a larger wraparound style. Please apply carefully or take it to a professional to have the top tube decal installed as these larger wraparound decals can be difficult to apply.
